At the heart of Pike & Rose, landscape becomes a connective thread between the street and the skyline. Along Meeting Street, a custom granite median planted as a native meadow and sweeping curvilinear planting beds soften the urban grid, slow traffic, and carve out moments for gathering along the streetscape.

The landscape continues upward through a series of rooftop gardens. A private seventh-floor terrace pairs lush planting and raised planters with relaxed lounge seating and working beehives, extending the tenant’s commitment to sustainability into the outdoor environment.

Above, the shared penthouse terrace is structured by custom angular metal planters that shape a series of intimate outdoor rooms. Trees, shrubs, and layered perennial gardens bring shade, texture, and seasonal change to the rooftop, while surrounding green roof areas planted with sedum and native perennials create habitat for pollinators.

From meadow to rooftop garden, the project reimagines the office landscape as a layered urban ecosystem—designed for people, pollinators, and the evolving life of the city.
