Minimum 5-8+ years’ experience working in a landscape architecture design office
Strong communication skills with welcoming, warm personality
A robust portfolio demonstrating capabilities in design, technical detailing, and built work
Construction administration knowledge and experience on large commercial projects
Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
Good graphic skills demonstrated in technical detailing and illustrative drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office
Proficiency with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
Registered Landscape Architect, LEED AP, and SITES AP is a plus
Project manager on major urban/commercial/mixed-use commissions
Overall responsibility for successful planning, creative design, detailed execution, and monitoring of assigned projects
Direct Client communication and Design Team collaboration
Oversee and manage daily progress of design support staff
Meet with prospective clients
Prepare proposals and contracts

C+RLA is seeking an experienced, qualified professional to fulfill a multi-faceted role that will entail responsibilities in the areas of Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistance, as well as overall support to the firm. The following are responsibilities for this position but are not limited to:
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day payments
Processing accounts receivable and payable
Recording monetary transactions
Processing payroll and employee benefits
Creating financial reports
Working closely with outside accounting firm
Assisting project managers with project budget tracking
Administrative Responsibilities:
Tracking and renewing insurances and licenses
Liaison for office software and IT communications
Supply ordering
Assisting staff with marketing tasks; proposal review, award submissions, social media posts, tracking business opportunities
Skills required:
Experienced in QuickBooks (1 yr. min.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel a must
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Office administration/accounting experience (1 yr. min)
Very good with numbers and money management
Strong interpersonal skills
Native English speaker
Dependability, flexibility, and professional demeanor
A self-motivated, engaged, team player with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively

About the role:
This position reports to the Owners.
Job type: 30-40 hours/week schedule, working in-office
Salary: commensurate with skills and experience
