Our team of designers encompasses a broad range of talents in the arts, building trades, plant sciences, horticulture, and landscape architecture. We build on collaborations with clients, consultants, and contractors and value the richness of teamwork.
C+RLA is a women-owned small business led by Sandra Clinton and Kate Ries, and certified by NWOBC. Our leadership, combined with a broad-based team of talented designers, enables us to provide our clients with a full spectrum of design and consulting services. Through collaborative engagement with our clients, stake holders, and other professionals, C+RLA produces landscape architecture of the highest caliber.
FIRM EVOLUTION
Clinton & Associates is a nationally recognized landscape architecture firm providing professional design services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients since 1998. Our award-winning designs are inspired by the natural environment, incorporating a variety of native materials to create beautiful, sustainable, functional, and painterly landscapes.
In 2020 Kate Ries, ASLA a long-term and valued employee, was elevated to Partnership. Together Sandra Youssef Clinton, FASLA and Kate Ries formed and are co-leading the new design studio CLINTON+RIES Landscape Architects. Under dual leadership, and through fully aligned goals and values, Clinton+Ries Landscape Architects is building upon our 22-year legacy and reputation by providing a beautiful coalescence of landscape architecture, art, and horticultural services.
